Merino Access Flooring Tile is specially designed for access flooring systems which require good impact resistance, durability, resistance to stain, high abrasion, easy to maintain and available in specific attractive selected colours. Kraft papers are treated with specific phenolic resin and decorative papers are treated with melamine resin and metal particles. These floor tiles are created by pressing several layers of treated special kraft paper and decorative papers under high pressure of 90kg/sq.cm. and temperature of 140°C to 150°C for a certain period of time to consolidate to a single layer. The hind side of the laminate is then sanded for easy bonding with high density substrates.
